Refund Policy


This Refund Policy applies to all products and services.

For subscription plans, a full refund will be issued if our company has not been able to provide proper service as per agreement or product received is damaged . If our service team has completed all the work as per agreed on the day of service without any damages or loss, the fees charged for subscription service will not be refunded. Its sole discretion of company and on a case by case basis, refund can be issued of the charged fees after deducting charges for services provided to customer. For recurring plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met: The issue is out of scope for the particular plan 7(Seven) working days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by our service team. We don't store credit card information for any customer and we would not do any charging without your explicit consent. You can move from any plan to a onetime service plan, and we would be able to accommodate your amount for any such move at the terms and conditions suggested to you by your account manager at that time. If the refund is approved then we process the amount of refund within 15 working days or earlier.

Eligible for Refund

1. Product Damage or corrupt.

2.Support are not provided on estimated time.

3.You can ask for refund within 7 days of purchased product.

4.Refund available for VPS, Cloud Hosting server with 30 day money back guarantee.

5.Dedicated server purchases will be refunded if product is damaged or working incorrectly.

6.In Designing and development service refund will be provided if work has not been completed as per agreement between client and our company..

Not Eligible for Refund

1.Third party License will not be refunded once bought, including but not limited to SSL Certificates,VOS3000 Licenses, Voipswitch license, Cpanel License or any commercial third party licenses.

2.If our services and product are working fine then you will not get any refund.
